Prepare the Edamame
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the edamame pods and salt, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the pods are tender and bright green. Drain and let cool slightly.

Make the Dipping Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, togarashi spice mix, honey, rice vinegar, and minced garlic until well combined.

Serve
Transfer the cooked edamame to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve with the spicy togarashi dipping sauce on the side.
