1. Prepare the Ingredients
Clean and slice the mushrooms. Mince the garlic cloves. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and black pepper.
2. Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
3. Cook the Mushrooms
In the same skillet, add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and have released their juices.
4. Combine with De Burgo Butter
Reduce the heat to low and add the De Burgo butter to the skillet with the mushrooms. Stir until the butter is melted and combined with the mushrooms.
5. Finish the Dish
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, coating it with the mushroom and butter mixture. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
6. Serve
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
