In a mixing glass, combine the Tequila Anejo, demerara syrup, and mole bitters.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes.

Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass over a large ice cube.

Express the oils from the orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
