Preparation

Preparation of Remoulade

1. Make the Remoulade

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill, basil, diced cucumber, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.

Cooking Shrimp and Bacon

2. Prepare the Shrimp

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, pepper, and paprika. Dredge each shrimp in the mixture until well coated.

3. Cook the Bacon

In a frying pan over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

4. Fry the Shrimp

In the same pan with bacon drippings, heat cooking oil. Fry the coated shrimp in batches until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Assembling the Sandwich

5. Assemble the Sandwich

On the bottom half of the brioche bun, place some mixed lettuces, followed by tomato slices, bacon strips, and crispy shrimp. Top with a generous amount of remoulade and close the sandwich with the top half of the bun.

6. Serve

Serve the sandwiches with french fries on the side.
