Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and raspberry preserves until well combined. Set aside.

Assemble the French Toast
Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese and raspberry mixture on four slices of bread. Top with the remaining four slices to create sandwiches.

Coat the Sandwiches
Crush the corn flakes into smaller pieces and place them in a shallow dish. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with crushed corn flakes on both sides.

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the corn flake-coated sandwiches and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
