1. Prepare the Roasted Garlic Aioli
In a small bowl, mash the roasted garlic cloves. Add mayonnaise, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and set aside.
2. Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
3. Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the lettuce. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.
4. Assemble the Sandwich
Spread a generous amount of roasted garlic aioli on two slices of country bread. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, and bacon. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
5. Serve
Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
