Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the steak with salt and black pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  2. 2

    Roast the Portabellas

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean the portabella mushrooms and slice them. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until tender.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Truffled Fries

Cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions until crispy. Once done, drizzle with truffle oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Toss to coat.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Bowl

In a bowl, layer the sliced steak, roasted portabellas, and truffled Parmesan fries. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
