BBQ Sauce

Buffalo Sauce

Honey Mustard Sauce

Teriyaki Sauce

Spicy Honey Lime Sauce

Angel of Death Sauce (+$2)

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean and pat chicken wings dry. Place the wings in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Bake the Wings

Spread the wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.

  2. 3

    Prepare BBQ Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the BBQ sauce until heated through. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. 4

    Prepare Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then add hot sauce and stir until combined. Set aside.

  4. 5

    Prepare Honey Mustard Sauce

In a small bowl, combine honey and Dijon mustard. Mix well and set aside.

  5. 6

    Prepare Teriyaki Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Heat over medium heat until the brown sugar dissolves. Set aside.

  6. 7

    Prepare Spicy Honey Lime Sauce

In a small bowl, mix honey, lime juice, and chili powder together until well combined. Set aside.

Serving

  1. 8

    Toss Wings in Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, divide them into portions and toss in your choice of sauce (BBQ, Buffalo, Honey Mustard, Teriyaki, Spicy Honey Lime, or Angel of Death).

  2. 9

    Plate and Serve

Place the sauced wings on a serving platter and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces and sides.
