Prepare the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the beef bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water, pat dry, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes, peel and dice the cucumber, and slice the avocado.

In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine, crispy beef bacon, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado.

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
