Chicken Marinade Preparation

Marinate the Chicken
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

Add Chicken
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and add them to the marinade. Ensure the chicken is coated thoroughly.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, dill, lemon juice, and salt.

Cover and refrigerate the tzatziki sauce for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Cooking and Serving

Cook the Chicken
Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Skewer the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers and grill for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked and charred.

While the chicken is grilling, warm the pita bread on the grill or in a skillet for about 1-2 minutes on each side.

Remove the chicken from the skewers and place it in the warm pita bread. Top with tzatziki sauce, chopped parsley, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onion.
