Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Ribeye

Generously season both sides of the Double Center Cut Ribeye with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Sear the Steak

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Once hot, add the ribeyes and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is achieved. Remove from skillet and let rest.

Succotash Preparation

  1. 3

    Cook Beef Bacon

In the same skillet used for the steak, add beef bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the drippings in the pan.

  2. 4

    Sauté Vegetables

Add diced Vidalia onion and red bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are soft. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

  3. 5

    Add Corn and Season

Stir in sweet corn and crumbled beef bacon. Add butter, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

White Asparagus Preparation

  1. 6

    Prepare Asparagus

In a pot of salted water, bring to a boil and add the white asparagus. Cook for 4-5 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and toss with butter.
