Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare the Pork Chops

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

2. Coat the Pork Chops

Dredge each pork chop in flour, shaking off any excess.

3. Sauté the Vegetables

Slice the jalapeño and onion. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the jalapeño and onion, and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

4. Cook the Pork Chops

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Increase the heat to medium-high. Add the pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F/63°C).

5. Combine and Serve

Once the pork chops are cooked, return the sautéed jalapeño and onion to the skillet. Toss everything together and serve hot.
