Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients and prepare them by slicing the pork, shredding the cabbage, and chopping the green onions.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pork

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the pork from the skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Stir-Fry Vegetables

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of cooking oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger, stir-frying for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add the shredded cabbage, bamboo shoots, and bean sprouts. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  4. 4

    Add Eggs

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet. Pour the beaten eggs into the other side and scramble them until fully cooked. Mix everything together.

  5. 5

    Combine with Sauce

Add the cooked pork back into the skillet. Pour in the hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Stir well to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve

Warm the flour tortillas in a pan or microwave. Serve the mu shu pork mixture in the tortillas, topped with chopped green onions.
