Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet.

  2. 2

    Season and Cook

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook the eggs to your preferred doneness (sunny side up, scrambled, etc.) and set aside.

Roasted Baby Tomatoes

  1. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. 4

    Prepare the Tomatoes

In a mixing bowl, combine baby tomatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and fresh basil. Toss until well coated.

  3. 5

    Roast the Tomatoes

Spread the tomatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until blistered and tender.

Parmesan Potatoes

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and halve the baby potatoes. Place them in a mixing bowl.

  2. 7

    Add Seasoning and Cheese

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss until evenly coated.

  3. 8

    Bake the Potatoes

Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes at 200°C (400°F), or until golden brown and crispy.

Wagyu Sirloin

  1. 9

    Prepare the Steak

Take the Wagyu sirloin out of the refrigerator and let it come to room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. 10

    Season the Steak

Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  3. 11

    Cook the Steak

In a hot skillet, melt the butter and sear the Wagyu steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  4. 12

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
