Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the 3 eggs and whisk them together. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, melt 1 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Pour in the whisked eggs and cook until set, stirring occasionally for scrambled eggs or leave them undisturbed for fried eggs. Cook to your desired doneness.

Sausage

  1. 3

    Prepare the Sausage

While the eggs are cooking, slice the reindeer sausage links in half lengthwise.

  2. 4

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, after the eggs are done, add the sausage halves cut side down and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and heated through.

English Muffin

  1. 5

    Toast the Muffin

While the sausage is cooking, split the English muffin in half and toast it until golden brown.

Brunch Potatoes

  1. 6

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the 2 cups of potatoes into small cubes. Finely chop the small onion.

  2. 7

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and chopped onion. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and tender.
