Stuffed Chicken Ingredients
Method
Cooking Directions
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to about 1/2 inch thickness using a meat mallet.
Stuff the Chicken
Lay the pounded chicken breasts flat and spoon the cheese mixture onto one side of each breast. Fold the other side over to create a pocket. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Cook the Chicken
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the stuffed chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
Cook the Spaghetti
While the chicken is baking, cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauces
In a small saucepan, heat the alfredo sauce and marinara sauce separately until warm.
Serve
To serve, place a portion of spaghetti on each plate, topped with half of the alfredo sauce and half of the marinara sauce. Slice the stuffed chicken and place it on top.
