Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Chicken
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- 2
Bread the Chicken
Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in a third. Dip each chicken breast first in flour, then in the eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs, ensuring they are fully coated.
- 3
Fry the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken breasts and fry until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and place on a baking sheet.
- 4
Bake with Cheese
On each chicken breast, spoon some marinara sauce and top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- 5
Cook the Pasta
While the chicken is baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 6
Serve
Place the cooked pasta on plates, top with the chicken parmesan, and garnish with fresh basil if desired. Serve immediately.
