Prepare the Steak Bites
Season the beef tenderloin with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and sear for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before cutting into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Salad
While the steak is resting, chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl along with croutons and grated Parmesan cheese.

Combine and Serve
Add the cooked steak bites to the salad bowl. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the top and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.
