Boneless Wings Ingredients
Method
Cooking Directions
Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast tenderloin into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Prepare the Breading Station
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for the egg and milk mixture, and one for cornstarch.
Bread the Chicken
Dredge each piece of chicken in flour, then dip into the egg and milk mixture, and finally coat with cornstarch. Ensure each piece is fully coated.
Heat the Oil
In a large frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
Fry the Chicken
Fry the breaded chicken pieces in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Toss in Sauce
Remove the fried chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels. Toss the hot chicken in your choice of wing sauce until evenly coated.
Serve
Serve the boneless wings hot with additional sauce on the side if desired.
