Prepare the Turkey
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Rinse the turkey under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Season the Turkey
Rub the turkey inside and out with olive oil. Season generously with salt and black pepper. Stuff the cavity with garlic cloves, rosemary, and thyme.

Roast the Turkey
Place the turkey on a roasting rack in a large roasting pan. Roast in the preheated oven for about 13-15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and celery, and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables, bread cubes, sage, and chicken broth. Mix well until the bread is moistened.

Stuff the Turkey
Stuff the turkey cavity with the prepared stuffing before placing it in the oven.
Gravy

Make Gravy
After removing the turkey from the roasting pan, pour the drippings into a saucepan, leaving behind any burnt bits.

Thicken the Gravy
Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and black pepper.
