Prepare the Turkey
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Pat the turkey dry with paper towels. Rub the turkey inside and out with salt and black pepper.

Roast the Turkey
Place the turkey on a rack in a roasting pan. Roast in the preheated oven for about 13 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Sauté Vegetables
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add diced onion and celery. Sauté until soft, about 5-7 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the sautéed vegetables, bread cubes, sage, and chicken broth. Mix until the bread is well coated.

Prepare the Green Beans
In a pot of boiling water, blanch the green beans for about 3-5 minutes until bright green. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.

Assemble the Pie
Pour the pumpkin filling into the prepared pie crust. Bake in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set.
