Cocktail Preparation
Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Plantation Pineapple Rum, Rittenhouse Rye, Dry Curaçao, Pineapple Juice, and Fresh Lime Juice. Fill the shaker with ice.
Shake it Up
Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Prepare the Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Add the Finishing Touch
Drizzle chili oil on top to taste for an added kick.
Garnish
Garnish with a wedge of pineapple and a few mint leaves.
