Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until wings are well coated.

Bake the Wings

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.

Toss in Hot Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, remove from the oven and toss them in a bowl with the hot sauce until evenly coated.

Blue Cheese Dressing

Make the Dressing

In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Serving

Serve with Vegetables

Cut celery and carrots into sticks and arrange them on a platter. Serve the hot chicken wings with the blue cheese dressing and the vegetable sticks.
