Base Spirits

Mixer & Garnish

Method

Prepare Glass & Ice

  1. 1

Select a highball or Collins glass (12–14 oz). Fill the glass about three-quarters full with ice.

Mix Spirits & Juices

  1. 2

    Combine

In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass filled with a little ice, pour the coconut rum (3 tbs) and raspberry vodka (2 tbs). Add the pineapple juice (3 oz) and cranberry juice (3 oz).

  2. 3

    Shake or Stir

If using a shaker, shake vigorously for 8–10 seconds to chill and slightly dilute. If using a mixing glass, stir gently for about 10 seconds.

Assemble Cocktail

  1. 4

Strain the mixed spirits and juices into the prepared glass over the ice, leaving room at the top for the soda.

  2. 5

Top gently with Sprite (about 3 oz). Stir once lightly with a bar spoon to integrate the soda without flattening it.

Garnish & Serve

  1. 6

Squeeze the lime wedge over the drink to add brightness, then drop the wedge into the glass. Add fresh raspberries on a pick or floated on top if desired.

  2. 7

Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy.
