Brownie Preparation
- 1
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Melt the Butter
In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter with granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- 4
Combine Dry Ingredients
In another bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- 5
Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring with a spatula until just combined. Do not overmix.
- 6
Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the chocolate chips into the batter until evenly distributed.
- 7
Bake the Brownies
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
