Method
Prepare the Salad Base

Wash and Chop Lettuce
Rinse the romaine lettuce under cold water, pat dry with a paper towel, and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Grate Parmesan Cheese
Using a cheese grater, grate the parmesan cheese into a bowl and set aside.
Make the Croutons

Prepare the Bread
Cut the slices of bread into small cubes.

Bake the Croutons
Spread the seasoned bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy. Stir halfway through.
Prepare the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Salad

Mix the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, and baked croutons.

Add Dressing
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if necessary.

Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
