Preparation Steps
- 1
Marinate the Lamb
In a large bowl, combine the minced garlic, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade. Add the boneless leg of lamb to the marinade, ensuring it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for best flavor.
- 2
Prepare the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- 3
Skewer the Lamb
Remove the lamb from the marinade and cut it into 1-inch cubes. Thread the lamb pieces onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
- 4
Grill the Kabobs
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
