1. Prepare the Prawns

Rinse the prawns under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix together minced garlic, chopped fresh red chili, tomato paste, soy sauce, sugar, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
