Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Prime Rib

Season the prime rib with salt, black pepper, and herbs. Roast it in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let it rest before slicing.

  2. 2

    Caramelize the Vegetables

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onions and peppers, and cook until they are caramelized, about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Herb Fries

Cut potatoes into fries and toss with olive oil, salt, and herbs. Bake in the oven at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sandwich

Slice the hoagie rolls and layer with sliced prime rib, caramelized peppers and onions, and provolone cheese. Spread chipotle aioli on the inside of the rolls. Optionally, toast in the oven for a few minutes until the cheese melts.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the sandwiches hot with a side of herb fries.
