Miso Glazed Seared Chilean Seabass

Method

Miso Glazed Seared Chilean Seabass

  1. 1

    Prepare Miso Glaze

In a small bowl, combine white miso paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix until smooth.

  2. 2

    Marinate Seabass

Brush the miso glaze over the Chilean seabass fillets. Allow the fish to marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Sear the Fish

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add a little oil and sear the marinated seabass for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
