1. Prepare the Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender, about 10 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
2. Make Cauliflower Rice
Once cooled, pulse the steamed cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles rice. Make sure to drain any excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
3. Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, almond flour, eggs, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Mix until a dough forms.
4. Shape the Flatbread
On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread the dough into a flatbread shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are golden and the surface is firm.
