Make the Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut stale bread into cubes, toss with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crunchy.

Prepare the Salad
Wash and chop the romaine hearts into bite-sized pieces. In a large bowl, combine the romaine, croutons, and grated Grana Padano cheese.

Add Dressing
Drizzle the house-made anchovy-caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
