Make the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the bread into cubes. In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Prepare the Dressing
In a bowl, whisk together the anchovy paste, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix until smooth and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Assemble the Salad
Chop the romaine hearts into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl. Add the croutons and shaved Grana Padano cheese. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
