Seafood Alfredo Ingredients
Method
Seafood Alfredo Directions
- 1
Cook the Pasta
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the tagliatelle pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Seafood
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the mussels, clams, scallops, and shrimp to the skillet.
- 3
Cook the Seafood
Sauté the seafood for about 5-7 minutes, or until the mussels and clams have opened and the shrimp are pink and opaque. Discard any unopened mussels or clams.
- 4
Make the Alfredo Sauce
Reduce the heat to low and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted and the sauce thickens slightly.
- 5
Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the cooked tagliatelle to the skillet and toss to coat the pasta in the Alfredo sauce and seafood.
- 6
Serve
Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
