Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Lobster Tails

Preheat your broiler on high. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center. Gently pull the shell apart to expose the meat, but leave the meat attached at the base.

2

Season the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up. Melt the butter and mix in minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat. Squeeze some lemon juice over the tails for added flavor.

3

Broil the Lobster

Place the baking sheet under the broiler. Broil the lobster tails for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.

4

Serve

Remove the lobster tails from the oven, drizzle with the remaining garlic butter, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
