Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Batter

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.

2

Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well blended.

3

Combine Mixtures

Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Avoid overmixing; a few lumps are okay.

4

Heat the Pan

In a non-stick skillet or frying pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Make sure the pan is hot but not smoking.

5

Cook the Pancakes

Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake into the skillet. Cook until the edges are set and the surface is bubbly, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

6

Repeat

Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more butter to the skillet as needed.

7

Serve

Serve the pancakes warm with your choice of toppings such as syrup, fresh berries, or whipped cream.
