Method

Prepare the Chicken Wings

1

Season and Coat Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix the chicken wings with salt, pepper, and baking powder until evenly coated.

2

Bake the Wings

Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

3

Toss with Hot Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and mix it with the hot sauce. Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and toss them in the hot sauce mixture until well coated.

Make the Blue Cheese Dip

4

Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, combine the blue cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

5

Adjust Seasoning

Taste the dip and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

Serve

6

Plate and Enjoy

Serve the hot wings with celery sticks and the blue cheese dip on the side.
