Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the asparagus into 2-inch pieces. Slice the bell pepper and zucchini into strips.

  2. 2

    Season the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Heat the Pan

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  4. 4

    Cook the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes or until cooked through.

  5. 5

    Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add asparagus, bell pepper, and zucchini. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove the salmon and vegetables from the skillet. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the salmon before serving.
