Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.
- 2
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- 3
Season the Sprouts
In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- 4
Roast the Sprouts
Spread the Brussels sprouts out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- 5
Make the Honey Sriracha Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together honey and Sriracha sauce until well combined.
- 6
Combine and Serve
Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and drizzle the honey Sriracha mixture over them. Toss to coat. Sprinkle with sliced almonds and grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
