Prepare Gelato
Scoop the lemon gelato into a mixing bowl and let it soften for about 5 minutes at room temperature.

Mix with Limoncello
Drizzle the Limoncello over the softened lemon gelato and gently fold it in using a spatula, being careful not to fully blend it, as you want to maintain some swirls.

Sprinkle the fresh lemon zest into the mixture and fold it in lightly.

Spoon the Limoncello gelato mixture into chilled flute glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately.
