Grilled Sea Bass Ingredients

Method

Grilled Sea Bass Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. This will be used to marinate the sea bass.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Sea Bass

Brush the marinade over the sea bass fillets, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for about 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Vegetables

While the fish is marinating, chop the seasonal vegetables into bite-sized pieces and toss them with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  4. 4

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  5. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.

  6. 6

    Grill the Sea Bass

Place the marinated sea bass on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  7. 7

    Prepare Lemon Butter

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and stir in the chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.

  8. 8

    Serve

Serve the grilled sea bass topped with lemon butter and accompanied by the grilled seasonal vegetables. Garnish with lemon slices.
