Prepare the Zucchini
Wash the zucchini and slice them into thin rounds, about 1/4 inch thick.

Coat the Zucchini
Dip each zucchini slice into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat it in the flour mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Carefully add the coated zucchini slices to the skillet in batches, making sure not to overcrowd. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
