Prepare the Chicken Fingers
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Cut the chicken breasts into strips.

4. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.

5. Place the breaded chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Prepare the French Fries
1. While the chicken is baking, wash and cut the potatoes into thin strips.

2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

3. Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
