Ranch Dipping Sauce
Method
Preparing Chicken Wings
- 1
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Season Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Toss well to ensure all wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Bake Wings
Spread the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Prepare Hot Sauce (Optional)
For hot wings, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in the hot sauce until combined. Once the wings are done, toss them in the hot sauce mixture.
Making Ranch Dipping Sauce
- 5
Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, mix together the ranch dressing, sour cream, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.
- 6
Chill
Refrigerate the ranch dipping sauce for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
