Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Tortilla Chips
If using store-bought tortilla chips, skip to step 2. If making house-made tortilla chips, cut corn tortillas into wedges and fry them in hot oil until crispy. Drain on paper towels and season lightly with salt.
- 2
Layer the Nachos
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the chips, followed by the sliced jalapeños.
- 3
Melt the Cheese
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 4
Add Toppings
Remove the nachos from the oven and let them cool slightly. Drizzle the sour cream over the top and add dollops of guacamole.
- 5
Serve
Serve immediately while warm, and enjoy your Savoy Nachos!
