Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the crust

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let cool.

  2. 2

    Make the filling

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add in the sugar and mix until well combined. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until incorporated. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Finally, add the flour and mix until just combined.

  3. 3

    Combine and bake

Pour the filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.

  4. 4

    Cool and serve

Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve chilled, and enjoy!
