Pulled Pork Ingredients

Method

Burger Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Pulled Pork Directions

  1. 3

    Cook the Pork

Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or until the meat is tender and easily shredded.

  2. 4

    Shred the Pork

Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Mix in the BBQ sauce until well combined.

Coleslaw Directions

  1. 5

    Prepare the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.

  2. 6

    Mix the Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.

  3. 7

    Chill

Refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Assembly Directions

  1. 8

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a beef patty, followed by a generous scoop of pulled pork, jalapenos, queso cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

  2. 9

    Top and Serve

Place the top half of the bun on each burger. Serve with a side of coleslaw and enjoy!
