1. Prepare the Muhammara

In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, walnuts, pomegranate molasses, cumin, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

2. Add Avocado

Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the food processor. Blend again until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

3. Taste and Adjust

Taste the Muhammara and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or pomegranate molasses to taste.
