Char the Cabbage
Place the cabbage wedges on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until charred and tender. Remove and set aside.

In a small bowl, combine the red grapes with a tablespoon of olive oil and a sprinkle of salt. Toss to coat.
