Beef Marinade

Stir Fry

Method

Beef Marinade

  1. 1

    Marinate the Beef

In a mixing bowl, combine the thinly sliced beef sirloin, Grand Marnier, soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure the beef is evenly coated. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Stir Fry

  1. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and cut the red bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and zucchini into the specified sizes. Set aside.

  2. 3

    Heat the Oil

In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

  3. 4

    Cook the Aromatics

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds or until fragrant.

  4. 5

    Stir-Fry the Beef

Increase the heat to high and add the marinated beef to the wok. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until the beef is browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

  5. 6

    Cook the Vegetables

In the same wok, add the red bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, and zucchini. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  6. 7

    Combine Beef and Vegetables

Return the cooked beef to the wok with the vegetables. Stir well to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.

  7. 8

    Garnish

Remove from heat and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve hot, garnished with toasted sesame seeds and chopped cilantro.
